It keeps the cold out the leather smells great. I have two (2) problems with it: 1) The zippers stick; 2) the belt doesn't have enough holes to make it tight enough.I fixed the sticking, somewhat, by rubbing bar soap in the teeth and I "fixed" the belt by shortening it in the back. The zipper tabs also cause me concern. They seem too light. When they get crossways the zipper won't work and I'm afraid they'll break trying to get them re-aligned. --- Review Update --- After using this item a while (two months) I have appreciated it more. The jacket itself has a lot of pockets, so for people like me without saddlebags this is ideal. The classic, leather jacket look is in full effect, as well. The only downside? I'm 6'2'' and it comes up a bit short. I got a size 54 because I have broad shoulders, but a size that large seems to be made specifically for pot-bellied men, as well - the belt is pointless (for me, anyway) because I don't have that much excess skin to wrap around. Regardless, I do have a fondness for the jacket and the price was right for me - you just might wanna look elsewhere if you're a tall guy. |
