Last I checked the elbow is 45 degrees offset of the shoulders. Also make sure you order at least two sises bigger than you need. I am 5'10" 140 pounds and the shirt is laughably small even though I ordered a large. 2x large would be the right fit. They did offer to take it back and I could re-order but now they don't have in stock what I need. My mistake but the company did want to make things work for me so I will try to work with what I have. Nice people and friendly. Decent product but order much larger than you normally would.
